In accordance with the EPA Lead and Copper Rule and the 2024 Lead and Copper Rule Improvements (LCRI), North Desoto Water System has determined we have no lead, galvanized requiring replacement, or lead status unknown, no known lead connectors or no unknown connectors in our service system.
This information was determined from inspection of our historical records, maps, building plans, material lists, and through physical inspection by excavation during daily work and by specific excavation in the lead and copper discovery process.
A physical copy of our Lead and Copper inventory that was submitted to the State of Louisiana and EPA is available upon request in our office.
